License Testing
On
Target Driving School, llc is approved by the Department of
Licensing as a knowledge (written) and skills (drive) testing
provider. This is offered to the public and former students.
If you have a WA ID card or Instruction Permit
bring it with you so we can enter your score.
If you have never had a WA Instruction Permit
or ID Card you will need to "pre-apply" before you arrive (this can
also be done at a DOL office).
Be sure to bring this number when you arrive for the test.

this process will give you a "PIC" number that begins with your
last name and will become your Driver's License number.
$20 for Knowledge test. $30 for Skills test.
Knowledge tests are available at 1:00 pm on Tue, Wed and
Thu.
Skills tests are available by appointment at 12 or 12:30 pm
on Tue - Fri.

Meet the
Staff
Keith Hiatt brings 30 years experience at United
Parcel Service as a driver and On-car Supervisor, giving him the
background to help new drivers develop safe habits from the
beginning. These habits include maintaining a safe following
distance that allows for smooth, economical speed control. Another
important habit he emphasizes are "head checks", looking left,
right, and left again to clear all intersections and avoid
collisions with another motorist who may have failed to yield
properly. He loves to help people learn basic life skills that will
help them succeed. He is licensed and certified by WA State
Department of Licensing (DOL) as a Certified Driving Instructor.
